Jarrod BishopManaging Director & Principal Environmental ConsultantJarrod has ten years experience in the environmental consulting industry and is a specialist in contaminated land and groundwater assessment, monitoring, remediation and management projects. His strong background in the management and performance of a wide variety of environmental projects enables him to quickly identify project requirements and constraints in the context of the client’s needs. He is passionate about providing a better consulting service to LBW’s clients based on delivering pragmatic project solutions. In conjunction with a high end strategic and technical role at LBW, Jarrod regularly promotes science as a career path at the Flinders and Adelaide Universities with guest lecturing appearances and by mentoring undergraduates. A basketball coach, Father and Step-Father to five children, Jarrod has an approachable and easy going manner that endears him to a wide circle of clients and friends. He is a committed family man and enjoys relaxing with family and friends on weekends over a great South Australian red wine. |

Kylie BishopChief Executive OfficerKylie has nearly 20 years experience in finance and people management within professional services environments. She has worked in both small and multi-national corporations in Adelaide within the engineering, environmental services and legal industries. Kylie specialises in finance and people management, business analysis and strategic planning and has extensive experience developing best practice policies and procedures for small and large businesses alike. She enjoys offering pragmatic solutions aimed at meeting the needs of all stakeholders and is passionate about leading teams collaboratively and with open communication. In addition to her responsibilities at LBW, Kylie is also the Chairperson of the Glenunga International High School Governing Council and Executive Committee and a professional coach and mentor.
As a mother of five children, Kylie is committed to exploring family friendly initiatives as a point of difference for LBW and is proud that staff are enjoying the ability to tailor the arrangements to suit both themselves and LBW. |

Kurt WiebeKurt is a skilled civil and water engineer, project manager, and teacher with 25 years professional experience in Australia, the USA, Africa, and SE Asia in contaminated land and water and engineering consulting companies. He brings core expertise to the management and delivery of projects and programs, and is passionate about the development of environmental solutions that mitigate client and project risk. Kurt possesses excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and holds strong personal and professional ethical standards. The combination of these competencies help him to effectively advance a variety of contaminated land and water projects, and to build, train, and motivate technical and service teams. |

Vince JukicVince is an Environmental Consultant with over 6 years post graduate experience in the private and government sectors, and joined the LBW team in January 2011. He has broad consulting and project management experience in environmental assessment and investigation projects across South Australia and Queensland. Prior to environmental consulting , Vince worked in Local Government as an Environmental Health Officer. He brings to LBW an excellent understanding of the key environmental issues and relevant legislative requirements that are pertinent to many of our clients. Vince's experience will further strengthen our team in the areas of: contaminated soil and groundwater investigations; soil use and re-use options; environmental due diligence audits; design and implementation of environmental management plans; and management strategies to assist clients in improving their environmental performance. Vince has a passion for music and has played the drums since he was a youngster. More recently, Vince has picked up the Acoustic guitar and will be tasked with providing the office entertainment throughout the year. |

Aric MarksAric is an Environmental Scientist and joined LBW after graduating from Flinders University in 2007. He is involved in all of the technical areas of the business including environmental assessment and monitoring, site histories and desktop research, field work (typically soil and groundwater sampling) and reporting.

Aric is an out-going and active person and enjoys spending time with his daughter and an array of sports including football, tennis, indoor rock climbing, mixed netball and Krav Maga to name a few. |

Brad FitzgeraldBrad has recently joined the LBW team, and brings with him more than 5 years’ experience in the contaminated land management industry. He is an environmental scientist with extensive expertise in contaminated soil and groundwater assessment and remediation projects, and has specialised in all aspects of fieldwork across all States and Territories of Australia.
In recent years, Brad has supervised major civil works for the excavation and extraction of groundwater for remediation, and undertaken detailed planning of fieldwork programs requiring a range of sampling techniques. He values the importance of effective liaison with regulatory authorities and stakeholders in ensuring the smooth implementation of environmental assessment and monitoring programs, which will see him well placed to explore his project and client management role. A skilled hockey player and an avid fan of the outdoors, Brad has ventured across parts of Australia on a mountain bike, and enjoys overseas travel and recreational climbing. |

Scott BoormanScott is an Environmental Technician who undertakes much of LBW’s field work and in a short space of time has developed strong skills in soil and groundwater sampling in metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia. He is also experienced in desk top studies, site history investigations and project administration. Scott is our youngest member of staff and joined LBW Environment under a DEEFST approved traineeship to complete a Certificate III in Business. Through this initiative Scott will add to the suite of environmental skills he is developing by gaining exposure in customer service, administration, project management, OHS&W and business skills. We are proud to support both him and the Traineeship and Apprenticeship scheme in place in South Australia. Scott enjoys all forms of sports and plays football and basketball, as well as racing go karts competitively. He has a passion for graphic design and uses his skills in this area to design the layout of our marketing material and to administer the LBW website. |

Rebecca TayleurBec is LBW's Finance and Administration Manager with over eleven years experience in the private sector. She has worked for a range of professional services companies within accounting and engineering industries and specialises in finance, systems development and trouble shooting. Bec manages the day to day cash-flow and compliance aspects of the business and develops reporting tools to aide project management. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce part time. Bec enjoys spending time with her husband and two young sons and relaxing with friends over a good coffee. |

Hannah KeynesHannah was introduced to the LBW team through the Flinders University mentoring program during the final year of her Bachelor of Environmental Science, and joined LBW as a Graduate Environmental Consultant in December 2011. The mentoring program which she would recommend to other students, provided an excellent introduction into environmental consulting and ultimately assisted in Hannah’s career choices. In her own words Hannah decided that “LBW would be a great place to embark upon a career in the environmental field” and we were very pleased to be able to offer it to her. Hannah brings a personal commitment to excellence and is enthusiastic about applying the knowledge gained through her studies to her professional role, both in the office and in the field. With her positive attitude she hopes to build her skills in field techniques and program delivery, client relationship management, project management and reporting. Hannah enjoys playing netball and basketball and loves to cook and spend time with friends and family. |
